Les Vêtements de Football is back with a pop-up drop for the Milan Design Week.
The journey through the culture of the football shirt continues, reinterpreted with an ironic vibe through the most iconic logos of the fashion system. The vintage style of the football shirts that shaped the history of the game in the 90s and 00s meets the new unique graphics of Les Vêtements de Football, with the newly arrived Bomberrys and the updated versions of Balenciagoal, Comme des Goal and Vetements. Additionally, the drop features the exclusive capsule collection Les Vêtements de Kappa, the Italian brand that perfectly represents the retrò vibe of the football jersey culture.
The campaign shot by Vincenzo Schioppa pays homage to the paparazzi culture of the 80s and 90s, revived in 2018 by Balenciaga Women SS18 campaign. The collection and the pictures explore the complex relationship between copy and original, reality and representation, blending the plans with a parodic vision in the contemporary context of social networks and lost privacy.
